Balancing matters more than it gets credit for. A wheel that is out of balance shows up as a vibration through the wheel or the seat at highway speed, and left alone it wears the tire unevenly and puts the load through suspension parts that cost considerably more than a balance does. Wheels are balanced when a tire goes on, and we will rebalance a set that has started to vibrate.
